Aviral Saxena - Founder & CEO

Aviral (Avi) is a seasoned leader with extensive global client-facing experience spanning several years. His expertise lies in providing meticulous strategic solutions to critical challenges across diverse industries, including Housing, Banking, Payments, Engineering, Fintech, and Mining. Aviral’s thought leadership has led to innovative solutions and ideas that create a competitive edge and unlock business opportunities, enabling companies to surge ahead. He has successfully assisted clients from Corporates, Governments, and Startups, with notable organizations such as the World Bank, United Nations, and the Governments of India and Canada.

In addition to his consulting work, Aviral has also founded a startup in the housing sector. As a leader, he skillfully managed a team of over 30 professionals across Strategy, Product, Software Development, Marketing, and Sales.

Aviral has also headed the conception and development of one of the most Advanced National Level Housing Product in Canada called HIP.CHEC that tackles the critical issue of Affordable Housing.

Aviral studied BEng. Hons. Electronics Engineering at Coventry University at the undergraduate level, where he achieved a First-class Hons. degree and then pursued an MSc in Management at Imperial College Business School, where he was selected for the Imperial Business School Scholarship.

Milon Bhattacharya is a seasoned data scientist with over 16 years of experience in research and implementation, specializing in real-time computer vision applications. His career spans leading roles at industry giants like Netskope, Delivery Hero, GoTo Group, and Jio, where he has demonstrated expertise in building scalable AI solutions. Milon holds an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from SPJIMR and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia.

Known for his proficiency in Python and business analytics, Milon combines technical depth with strategic insight. He is also a mentor and visiting faculty, contributing to education and industry collaboration. This blend of hands-on experience and academic rigor positions him as a leader in applying machine learning to solve complex, real-world problems.

Aditya Kapoor is a digital transformation specialist with over 17 years of diverse experience across industries. With expertise in data analysis, predictive modeling, and automation, he has helped organizations solve critical business challenges. As the founder of Media Is You and an innovation manager at AITEC-INTL, Aditya blends business acumen with technical proficiency to drive transformative solutions.

He has a strong background in product development, project management, and technology consulting, having led digital transformation projects for prominent entities like Prasar Bharati and All India Radio. Aditya holds a postgraduate diploma in Social Innovation in a Digital Context from Lund University and a Bachelor of Science in Animation and Multimedia from BIT Mesra. His entrepreneurial spirit and creative approach make him a standout leader in the digital space.

Rushil Saxena is a data science professional with over 8 years of experience delivering impactful, data-driven solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering (Hons.) from Coventry University and a Master's in Data Science from the University of Queensland, specializing in data mining, machine learning, and statistical methods.

Rushil has led critical projects, including devising a data-driven strategy to address Canada’s Affordable Housing crisis as Lead Data Scientist for the Canadian Federal Government. He has also contributed to market segmentation, dashboard development, and software quality assurance at CoreLogic, Media Is You, and Microlise.

Proficient in Python, SQL, R-Studio, Tableau, Spark, and Hadoop, Rushil excels in predictive modeling, neural networks, and business intelligence. Beyond work, he is a gold medalist in rifle shooting, a state-level swimmer, and actively supports education for underprivileged students.

With his technical expertise and commitment to social impact, Rushil Saxena is a visionary leader in the data science field.

Steve is an Ottawa based housing research consultant and part time lecturer at Carleton and McMaster, teaching housing policy. Widely recognized as one of the leading housing policy experts and thought leaders in Canada, Steve has 45 years of experience in the housing sector, working at the municipal and federal government, in non-profit development, and since 1994, as a consultant and part-time academic.

Since 1994 he has authored over 260 research reports and papers on housing and homeless issues. He has been an advisor to local, provincial and national governments and housing organizations and is a frequent commentator on housing issues in various national and local media - but he doesn't tweet!

Sagar Patil is a finance professional with years of experience in research, financial analysis, and investment strategies. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Xavier Institute of Management and Research and has cleared CFA Level I. Sagar has expertise in tools like Python, Power BI, and Advanced Excel, allowing him to deliver actionable insights and develop robust financial models.

Having worked in roles such as Research Associate and Analyst, Sagar specializes in primary and secondary research, data analytics, and strategic consulting. His strong technical skills, coupled with a solid foundation in financial planning and risk management, make him a valuable asset for organizations seeking data-driven solutions in the financial domain.

Dr. Jim Dunn is an expert in housing, income security, and societal income inequality, focusing on their health and social impacts. With over 25 years of research experience, his work emphasizes population health intervention, partnering with governments, nonprofits, and purpose-driven businesses to drive policy innovation.

His groundbreaking studies include the health impacts of mixed-income redevelopment in Toronto’s Regent Park and rent-geared-to-income housing. Dr. Dunn’s research also explores income security interventions, such as the Ontario Basic Income Pilot and the Canada Child Benefit, and their effects on health.

As Associate Dean, Research, in the Faculty of Social Sciences, Dr. Dunn provides strategic direction and fosters research excellence.

Kushal Sharma is a highly skilled Generative AI Data Scientist with experience in specializing in large language models (LLMs), transformers, model fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-GPU environments. He has contributed significantly to the success of India's leading conglomerates and excels in problem-solving and operational improvement.

Kushal has hands-on expertise in platforms such as Databricks, PyTorch, Langchain, and AWS/Azure. His skills span across finetuning LLMs, embedding model retraining, OCR, and multimodal AI systems. He has played a crucial role in developing AI systems for defense, manufacturing, FMCG, and construction clients, notably improving RAG retrieval accuracy from 40% to 87% for a U.S. Army client and creating blueprint compliance-checking AI for a Saudi construction firm.

In his previous roles at CK Birla Group and PZAZ TV Ltd, Kushal developed innovative AI tools, including personalized Instagram reel suggestions and time-series transformers for steel price forecasting. His work is published in IEEE conferences, showcasing his dedication to advancing AI research.
